Before making a reservation at Buenos Aires Touring, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Buenos Aires Touring and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.
By submitting a booking you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
Once you have submitted your booking and personal details through www.buenosairestouring.com, you will receive a confirmation and pro-forma invoice of your booking via e-mail. Please note that all online bookings require a down payment, whch varies according to the service booked, at the time of the booking.
If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Buenos Aires Touring here and send us all the information regarding the booking, name of the tour, accommodation if applicable, and arrival date.
Most of the bookings are confirmed instantly; however, it may, for certain activities, take a bit longer. One of our sales representatives will contact you within two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment or down payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email.
Please print out these documents, as you may need to show them for all services during your visit to Buenos Aires.
Booking services with Buenos Aires Touring are available only to persons aged 18 years and older. By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
For all Buenos Aires Touring tours and transfers, please note that guides and drivers may be forced to alter guests schedules and routes due to force majeure which, in this context, is defined as government action or restraint, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond Buenos Aires Touring’s control.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All tours and transfers require a down payment or full payment.
You will be informed by e-mail when you need to pay the balance of your booking. Some services allow for the balance to be paid in Buenos Aires.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact us here and send us all the information regarding the booking, name of the tour, accommodation if applicable, and arrival date.
There is no service fee for processing Visa or MasterCard payments. However if you wish to pay for your booking with an American Express card, a service fee of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice.
All Prices quoted on Buenos Aires Touring, english version, are in US dollars. All payments and refunds are due in US dollars. Buenos Aires Touring is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.
